MCBL Management Team

Amy Gochuico joins Manulife Philippines with over 30 years of insurance and leadership experience across various Asian markets and organizations, specializing in bancassurance for two decades. Before her appointment, she served as Manulife Indonesia’s Chief Bancassurance Officer from 2021, where she was responsible for the Bancassurance channel’s overall growth and profitability. As MCBL President and CEO, Amy leads overall partnership management, deliver growth, develop our distribution team and bench strength, manage key business risks, and ensure quality outcomes that can help Manulife become the number one choice for our customers.

Jennifer San Miguel Sanchez serves as Channel Head of MCBL's Retail Banking Business (RBB), managing the largest distribution in the Company's  bancassurance operations. Jen oversees RBB Cluster 1, which covers Metro Manila North, Metro Manila West, North Luzon and Mindanao. She leads a team of sales leaders, and is responsible for managing the daily sales activities, ensuring the successful execution of MCBL's strategy and direction.

An experienced professional with over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, Jen has gained extensive expertise in bancassurance, banking, and agency distribution channels. Prior to joining MCBL, she worked at another multinational insurer with presence in the Philippines. Jen also worked for China Bank's Bancassurance Department as a Marketing Officer. 

Ms. Sanchez holds an Accounting degree from the Philippine School of Business Administration.

Jannette Domingo serves as Channel Head of MCBL's Retail Banking Business (RBB), and is responsible for the overall management, operations and strategic planning of Cluster 2 (Metro Manila East, Metro Manila South, South Luzon, and Visayas). Before taking over the RBB channel, Jannette led MCBL's Wealth Management Group, Institutional Banking Segment, and China Bank Savings. Prior to joining MCBL in 2019, she had more than 20 years of experience in the financial services and pharmaceutical industries. Jannette is a seasoned sales head and business development executive with proven track record in areas of channel development and management, business and strategic planning, project management, people development, relationship management, and process improvement.

Ms. Domingo holds a Mass Communication degree from St. Louis University in Baguio City.

Mary Ann Maglanoc is responsible for the business planning process of Manulife China Bank Life by collecting and analyzing data trends, forecasting, and reviewing sales performance to ensure delivery of key business objectives. She is also responsible for the review of existing policies and procedures affecting sales processes, 

An accomplished leader with more than 20 years of experience in the life insurance industry, Mary Ann also held progressively senior roles from various global insurance companies. Prior to joining MCBL, she served as AVP and Head of Finance MIS for Manulife Philippines. 

Ms. Maglanoc holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Adamson University.
