Things to note:
1. The 2023 Book and Win Promo ("Promo") is open to select individual policyholders with at least one (1) in-force policy issued by Manulife China Bank Life Assurance Corporation (“Manulife China Bank”) ("Manulife China Bank Customers") and who will be receiving emails from Manulife China Bank containing a link to an Appointment Booking form (“Appointment Booking form”) within the Promo Period.
2. The Promo will run from September 20 to November 30, 2023 ("Promo Period"). Manulife China Bank, at its sole discretion, shall have the right to shorten or lengthen the Promo Period.
3. The eGift redemption period will be from September 20, 2023 to December 31, 2024 (“Redemption Period”), subject to change as Manulife China Bank may determine.
4. The Manulife China Bank Customer shall be disqualified from the Promo in the event that their policy is found to be invalid or lapsed, or if the policy is suspended, cancelled, or terminated within the Promo Period or the Redemption Period. Manulife China Bank Customers who are found by Manulife China Bank to be using different names, providing false information, engaging in fraud, unauthorized activity or abuse of the Promo Terms and Conditions, or are ineligible to join the Promo for whatever reason, shall likewise be disqualified.
5. To qualify for the Promo, the Manulife China Bank Customer should have at least one (1) Manulife China Bank policy that is kept current in terms of premium payment and with no lapses. Thus, if all the Manulife China Bank Customer’s policies lapsed, they will no longer be entitled to join the Promo.
6. Manulife China Bank shall have the sole discretion in determining who is eligible to avail of the Promo in case of any dispute.
7. The Promo entitles Manulife China Bank Customers to earn a Php500 eGift voucher when they book an appointment with their Financial Sales Associate (FSA) through the Appointment Booking form from September 20 to November 30, 2023 and conduct a policy review with their Financial Sales Associate on or before December 31, 2023.
8. To qualify, Manulife China Bank Customers must follow the steps below:
Manulife China Bank Customers who have qualified for the Promo will receive their Php500 eGift voucher via their Manulife China Bank-registered email addresses and/or mobile numbers three (3) business days after their FSAs confirm their successful policy review.
*For added security, customers will be assigned a unique link to the Appointment Booking form. This means that each customer will receive a different link, which can only be used by him/her.
9. Eligible customers can only submit an appointment request via the Appointment Booking form once during the Promo Period. Should they have any concerns regarding their policies, they may reach out to their Financial Sales Associates directly.
10. Manulife China Bank Customers can only join and win this Promo once during the Promo Period.
11. eGift Redemption
a. Manulife China Bank Customers eligible for a Php500 eGift voucher will receive their prize from Giftaway via their Manulife China Bank-registered email addresses and/or mobile numbers three (3) business days after their FSAs confirm their successful policy review.
c. The eGift vouchers will be valid until December 31, 2024. After the Redemption Period, all unclaimed eGift vouchers will be forfeited in favor of Manulife China Bank.
d. eGift prizes are non-transferable and non-convertible to any other form of compensation.
e. All redemptions are final. Customers will be responsible for safekeeping their eGift vouchers.
f. Manulife China Bank, Giftaway, and the participating outlets shall not be obliged to refund or replace the eGift vouchers once redeemed, lost, used or for whatever reason. For any problems or concerns regarding the eGift vouchers, customers shall address the same to Giftaway by contacting Giftaway at and not to Manulife China Bank.
12. Employees, contractors, agents, and representatives of the Manulife Financial Group of Companies, its affiliates and agencies, and their relatives within the third degree of consanguinity or affinity, are not eligible to join and qualify for prizes under this promo.
14. By participating in the Promo, the qualified Manulife China Bank Customer agrees to hold Manulife China Bank free and harmless from any loss, injury or damage caused by or arising the Promo or caused by or that may arise from their acceptance, use of, and/or failure to use the prize.
15. The Promo cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers, privileges, or VIP cards. Discounts and privileges are not exchangeable for or convertible to cash, credit or other goods and services unless otherwise explicitly provided. These will not be convertible to payment for premiums.
16. Manulife China Bank is not an agent of Giftaway or of any of the participating merchants or outlets and makes no representation as to the quality of the goods and services provided. All feedback regarding quality of the goods and services provided should be directed to the respective merchant or outlet.
17. All questions or disputes regarding the winner/s of the Promo will be resolved by Manulife China Bank management at their sole discretion, and their decision shall be final. The customer waives any right to contest this final decision in any court or other governmental authority or agency.
1. Am I eligible to join this Promo?
You are eligible to join this Promo as long as you:
a. are an individual policyowner with at least 1 in-force policy issued by Manulife China Bank, and
b. received an email from Manulife China Bank with the Appointment Booking Form during the promo period.
2. What is the Promo Period?

3. How do I qualify for this Promo?
To qualify for this promo and be eligible for Php500 eGift voucher, you must:
a. book an appointment with your Financial Sales Associate during the Promo Period using the Appointment Booking Form which will be sent to you via your Manulife China Bank-registered email address, and
b. meet with your Financial Sales Associate for your policy review on or before December 31, 2023.
Please note that your policy/ies must remain inforce, with your premium payment kept current throughout the Promo Period and the Redemption Period for you to be entitled to the prize. Terminating your Manulife policy during the Promo Period or the Redemption Period will automatically disqualify you from this Promo.
4. How do I book an appointment with my Financial Sales Associate?
To book an appointment with your Financial Sales Associate, you must request for a schedule using the Appointment Booking Form which will be sent to you via your Manulife China Bank-registered email address from September 20 to November 30, 2023. Once you’ve received the email, just click the link to the webform and fill in the necessary details. Your Financial Sales Associate will reach out to you within 7 business days after your webform submission to confirm your schedule.
5. I didn’t receive an email from Manulife China Bank with the Appointment Booking Form link. Can I still join the Promo?
No, only customers who will receive the email from Manulife China Bank with the Appointment Booking Form from September 20 to November 30, 2023 will be eligible to join this promo.
6. I’ve already completed my policy review with my Financial Sales Associate, but I want to reach out to him/her again for a different concern. Can I use the Appointment Booking Form to book an appointment with him/her again?
No, you will only be able to use the Appointment Booking Form link once. If you wish to reach out to your Financial Sales Associate regarding a different concern, you may reach out to him/her directly through his/her email address or mobile number.
7. I’ve completed my policy review with my Financial Sales Associate already. When will I receive my eGift voucher?
Your Php500 eGift voucher will be sent to you via your Manulife China Bank-registered email address and/or mobile number three (3) business days after your FSA confirms your successful policy review.
8. Where can I use the eGift vouchers?
